We want your experience to be easy from the first click to the moment the parcel arrives.

Production

Every piece is made individually for each customer, with a lot of attention to detail: handwork, quality materials, careful finishing.

• Production time: 3–6 business days (there is a queue in the workshop).
• Some items are in stock — then we ship sooner.
• If anything delays your order, we let you know in advance.

How to order from outside Ukraine

Place the order on the site and leave your phone number or WhatsApp in the comment field. Our manager will contact you in English within one business day to confirm the size, the total, the payment method and the shipping cost to your country. Online card payment on the site is currently available for Ukrainian cards only, so for international orders we agree the payment individually (bank transfer or another method that works for you).

International shipping

• We ship worldwide with international carriers, from Ukraine.
• Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on the country.
• Shipping is paid by the customer according to the carrier’s rates; the manager confirms the exact cost before dispatch.
• We do not ship to russia or belarus.

Shipping within Ukraine

Nova Poshta, to a branch or by courier. Delivery is paid on receipt according to the carrier’s rates; orders from UAH 4,000 are shipped free of charge. You receive a tracking number after dispatch.

Risk of loss

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Please check the packaging and the item when you receive the parcel; if there is any damage, ask the carrier’s representative to record it.
