Shipping & Payment
In short: production takes 3–6 business days from payment. Within Ukraine you can pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (via monobank) or choose cash on delivery with a UAH 300 prepayment. We ship with Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker or courier), Ukrposhta or another carrier at the carrier’s rates, and delivery within Ukraine is free for orders from UAH 4,000 (after discounts). You can also collect your order from our Kyiv workshop by appointment, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. We ship worldwide except to russia and belarus; for international orders the manager agrees the shipping cost and the payment method with you.
We want your experience to be easy from the first click to the moment the parcel arrives.
Production
Every piece is made individually for each customer, with a lot of attention to detail: handwork, quality materials, careful finishing.
- Production time: 3–6 business days (there is a queue in the workshop), counted from payment; for cash on delivery, from the prepayment.
- If the item is in stock in your size, we ship sooner.
- If anything delays your order, we let you know in advance.
How to order from outside Ukraine
Place the order on the site and leave your phone number or WhatsApp in the comment field. Our manager will contact you in English within one business day to confirm the size, the total, the payment method and the shipping cost to your country. Online card payment on the site is currently available for Ukrainian cards only, so for international orders we agree the payment individually (bank transfer or another method that works for you).
International shipping
- We ship worldwide with international carriers, from Ukraine.
- Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on the country.
- Shipping is paid by the customer according to the carrier’s rates; the manager confirms the exact cost before dispatch.
- Free delivery from UAH 4,000 applies only within Ukraine, not to international orders.
- We do not ship to russia or belarus.
Payment for orders within Ukraine
- Online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (via monobank).
- Cash on delivery with a UAH 300 prepayment: you pay the rest when you collect the parcel. The carrier’s cash-transfer fee is paid by you.
We start production once the payment (or the prepayment) has arrived. Payments are confirmed and orders are processed on business days. If a cash-on-delivery parcel is not collected, the UAH 300 prepayment is not refunded, as it covers the delivery costs.
Shipping within Ukraine
- Nova Poshta — to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier;
- Ukrposhta or another carrier.
Delivery is paid on receipt according to the carrier’s rates. Orders from UAH 4,000 (the amount after discounts and promo codes) are shipped free of charge with any of these options. You receive a tracking number after dispatch.
Pick-up in Kyiv
You can collect your order from our workshop at 18/1 Pavla Tychyny Ave, Kyiv, 02152 — by appointment, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. Write to info@feelwithfill.com or call +380 93 379 40 82 to agree on a time.
Risk of loss
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer once the parcel is handed to the carrier (for pick-up, once the item is handed to you). Please check the packaging and the item when you receive the parcel; if there is any damage, ask the carrier’s representative to record it.
Exchange and returns
Standard-size items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer; if an item has a manufacturing defect, we pay the shipping both ways. We refund the money within 5 business days after the return arrives. Made-to-measure items and items in a non-standard colour cannot be exchanged or returned. Details: Exchange & Returns.
