Public Offer Agreement

This page summarises, in English, the terms on which the online store feelwithfill.com sells its products. The binding version of the agreement is the Ukrainian one, published at Договір публічної оферти.

Subject

The Store offers dog clothing and accessories made by Feel with Fill. Placing an order means that you accept these terms.

Order and price

• Prices are shown on the product pages. The price of your order is fixed at the moment it is confirmed.
• An order is accepted for production after payment (for international orders the manager agrees the payment method individually).
• Custom sizes cost 15% more than the standard size of the same model.

Production and delivery

• Production time is 3–6 business days; if the item is in stock, we ship sooner.
• Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta; international orders are shipped worldwide with international carriers and usually take 1–2 weeks.
• Delivery is paid by the customer at the carrier’s rates unless stated otherwise.
• The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Exchange and returns

Standard-size items can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if they are unworn, unwashed and have the original tags and packaging. Items made to individual measurements or in a non-standard colour are excluded. Details: Exchange & Returns.
