Public Offer Agreement

In short: this page summarises, in English, the public offer agreement of the online store feelwithfill.com. The seller is individual entrepreneur (FOP) Chipak Polina Serhiivna, who makes and sells dog clothing and accessories under the Feel with Fill brand. Placing an order means that you accept these terms. The binding version of the agreement is the Ukrainian one, published at Договір публічної оферти; if the versions differ, the Ukrainian text prevails.

Order and price

• Prices are shown on the product pages. The price of your order is fixed when the order is placed.
• Standard sizes are XS–XL (chest girth 27–51 cm). Any model can be made to your dog’s measurements; a custom size costs 15% more than the standard size of the same model.
• Delivery is not included in the price unless it is free (see below).

Payment

• Orders within Ukraine are paid online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (via monobank), or by cash on delivery with a UAH 300 prepayment; the rest is paid when the parcel is collected. The carrier’s cash-transfer fee is paid by the customer.
• If a cash-on-delivery parcel is not collected, the UAH 300 prepayment is not refunded: it covers the delivery costs.
• For international orders the manager agrees the payment method with you individually.
• An order goes into production after payment (for cash on delivery, after the prepayment). Payments are confirmed and orders processed on business days.

Production and delivery

• Production takes 3–6 business days from payment (for cash on delivery, from the prepayment). If the item is in stock in the right size, we ship sooner.
• Within Ukraine: Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker or courier), Ukrposhta or another carrier, paid on receipt at the carrier’s rates.
• Delivery within Ukraine is free for orders from UAH 4,000 (the amount after discounts and promo codes), with any of the options above; free delivery does not apply to international shipping.
• Pick-up from the workshop in Kyiv is available by appointment, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00.
• International shipping goes worldwide, except to russia and belarus, at international carriers’ rates; the manager agrees the method and the cost with you. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks.
• The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier, or, for pick-up, when the item is handed to the buyer.

Exchange and returns

• Standard-size items can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if they are unworn, unwashed and have the original tags and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer (or the item can be sent with Nova Poshta’s Easy Return service, «Легке повернення»).
• Refunds are made within 5 business days after we receive the returned item, by the same method that was used for payment (for cash-on-delivery orders, to the customer’s bank card).
• If an item has a manufacturing defect, we pay the shipping both ways.
• Items made to individual measurements and items in a non-standard colour (a unique order) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Governing law

The agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; a consumer may also apply to the state consumer protection authority or to court.
