Dog clothes for girls: dresses, Coquette classy and warm layers
In short: “dog clothes for girls” here means dresses and pinafores (10 models, $35–37), the Coquette classy collection (16 models, $19–39) and the light and pink options across the other categories — from a “Waffle” longsleeve at $25 to the winter “Gossip-puffer” jumpsuit at $79. There is no separate “for girls” category, and that is deliberate: our patterns are the same for every dog, and the size is set by chest girth (XS–XL, 27–51 cm / 10.6–20 in), not by sex. We have been sewing since 2023 in our own workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine, lead time is 3–6 business days, and any model can be made to your dog’s own measurements — the “Custom size” option, +15%.
What people actually mean by dog clothes for girls
The phrase mixes three different things. First, the silhouette: a dress or a pinafore with a skirt, which a hoodie or a vest does not have. Second, the palette: milk-white, cream, pink, light blue, pistachio. Third, the details: bows, openwork, pompoms, embroidery. Sex has no effect on sizing — we sew to one XS–XL chart where the key measurement is chest girth, with back length and neck girth as the secondary ones. There is no “female” cut here in any technical sense: there are dresses, which have a skirt, and everything else, identical for every dog.
What is worth factoring in: light fabrics show up better outdoors and in photos, but they also show dirt, which is why every light model’s page says to wash it separately from dark items at 30 °C. On our pages pink is a soft shade that makes an outfit look festive, and milk-white a warm light shade that works with ginger, apricot and chocolate coats. Light blue is described on our pages as a shade that looks especially good on white, cream and apricot dogs.
Dog dresses and pinafores: 10 models in the category
This is the one category we describe as girl dogs’ clothing ourselves. All 10 models come in XS–XL, and the price does not depend on the size: XS and XL cost the same. Nine are $37, and the most affordable is the denim pinafore at $35. A dress sits loosely and never restricts the legs.
- Milk-white linen dog dress with pink accents “Belle&Bow” — $37. Soft breathable linen, with edge accents that sharpen the silhouette.
- Milk-white linen dog dress with blue accents “Belle&Bow” — $37. The same model in a cooler palette; the product page frames it as a festive look for photos and celebrations.
- Milk-white batiste dog dress “Belle&Bow” — $37. Batiste is airy yet holds its structure, so the silhouette reads restrained.
- Linen dog dress “Fleur” — $37. Light and airy: the linen sits softly on the body and leaves room to move, even on an active walk.
- Pink dog dress with white accents “Waffle” — $37. Soft inserts, light and comfortable; the only pink dress in the category.
- Milk-white dog dress with beige accents “Waffle” — $37. The same “Waffle” model in a neutral palette.
- Dog pinafore dress with floral embroidery “Bloom” — $37. Floral embroidery rather than a print.
- Denim dog dress “Grace” — $37. An accent bow on the back and a comfortable fit.
- Checked flannel dog dress “Timeless” — $37. Flannel that is soft, hard-wearing and durable, with ruffled sleeves and a full skirt.
- Denim dog pinafore dress — $35. Natural cotton and stainless hardware; the cheapest in the category.
Buying for a specific date, allow at least two weeks: 3–6 business days of production plus shipping, which for international orders usually takes 1–2 weeks. Every dress is made for warm weather, so for a cool evening add a longsleeve or a jumper.
Coquette classy: 16 models in milk-white, cream and pink
Coquette classy is our lightest line: bows, openwork and delicate accents, mostly in natural fabrics — linen, batiste and cotton. It holds 16 pieces from $19 to $39, so you can build a whole outfit from it rather than buy a single item. What is in it:
- Six dresses — “Belle&Bow” in linen (pink and blue accents) and in batiste, “Fleur” and two “Waffle” dresses, all $37.
- Six shirts at $39, five of them linen: pink, milk-white, beige, lemon, light blue and the striped “Sue” in a thin light fabric. Considered cut, and linen that breathes.
- Two “Waffle” polos at $19 — with pink accents and with beige ones. Soft cotton, and $19 is the lowest price in the collection.
- Cream dog T-shirt with openwork pattern “Lora” — $21. 100% cotton, hypoallergenic.
- Linen dog trousers “Marti” — $20. A neutral colour that pairs with the rest of the collection.
The most straightforward outfits: the “Waffle” polo plus the “Marti” trousers — $39 for both; a linen shirt plus the same trousers — $59.
Light and pink models in the other categories
Colours are not tied to categories: pink and milk-white run through the warm clothing as well as the summer pieces.
- Hoodies — pink “Teddy” and milk-white “Teddy” at $38 (plush, with a detachable eared hood on a snap, so it goes on over a harness), pink brushed “Hugme” — $38.
- Turtlenecks, longsleeves and jumpers — pink “Waffle” longsleeve and the milk-white one at $25, milk-white “Charmie” — $27, pink jumper with pompoms and the milk-white one at $29 (combed cotton knit, 95% cotton, 5% lycra).
- Vests — milk-white “Teddy” $32, pink fleece and milk-white fleece at $38, milk-white “Vivienne” $45, puffers “Puffy” milk-white and “Puffy” ivory at $46.
- Anoraks — pink and milk-white at $35; all eight colours cost the same.
- Jumpsuits — pink fleece $52, pink “Gossip-puffer” $79, pink linen duster $42.
- Bombers — milk-white “Teddy” $45, knit lining, stainless hardware.
- Coats — light-blue “Gossip-coat” $66.
- T-shirts — milk-white “Mickey” $23.
- Drying robe — milk-white $39, for after a bath or a rainy walk.
Fabrics: what the dresses and light models are made of
Fabric composition and behaviour are what genuinely separate these models.
- Linen — the “Belle&Bow” and “Fleur” dresses, the linen shirts, the “Marti” trousers, the duster. It breathes and does not overheat. The duster is 100% linen and doubles as a barrier against ticks.
- Batiste — the batiste “Belle&Bow” dress. Airy batiste combines lightness with structure, so the silhouette holds.
- Cotton — the “Waffle” polos (soft cotton), the “Lora” T-shirt (100% cotton, hypoallergenic), the denim pinafore (natural cotton). It breathes and does not irritate the skin.
- Denim — the “Grace” dress and the denim pinafore. The pinafore has quality stainless-steel hardware that keeps it looking right season after season.
- Flannel — the “Timeless” dress and the checked shirts. Soft, hard-wearing and durable, with premium hardware.
- Combed cotton knit — the jumpers with pompoms: 95% cotton, 5% lycra, processed to remove short fibres.
- Fleece and plush — the anoraks, fleece vests and jumpsuits, the “Teddy” hoodies and vests. The air layer in fleece holds warmth without weight, and the “Teddy” plush warms gently.
- Raincoat and waterproof fabric — the “Vivienne” vest (protection from wind and chill), the “Puffy” puffer (waterproof fabric with a filling that holds warmth in frost), the “Gossip-puffer” (an insulated puffer for frost and snow).
Cut: what actually makes the clothes comfortable
Here are the details our pieces have and the ones worth checking with any maker. A harness opening — in the fleece vests and the “Puffy” puffers, so the harness can stay on. A zip along the back on the jumpsuits makes dressing easier, hidden velcro adjusts the neck opening without catching the coat, and elastic drawstrings fine-tune the fit. The fleece vests have a viscose lining that does not mat the coat; the “Teddy” bomber has a knit lining so the paws slide through the sleeves. On the anoraks a binding runs along the zip so the coat is not pulled into the teeth.
Every product page has a “Size chart” button, and the window it opens holds two tables: the upper one is the chart we sew by, the lower one the measurements of the piece. That second table answers the length question — compare it against your dog before ordering. Measuring instructions are in the size guide, and breed reference points on the size by breed page.
Summer: linen, batiste and tick protection
In warm weather clothes are not about warmth but about three other jobs: keeping dust and direct sun off the coat, a barrier against ticks in long grass, and looking tidy in photos. For walks — the “Waffle” polo at $19 or the “Lora” T-shirt at $21: both cotton, and cheap enough that you will not mind when your dog lies down in the dust. For an occasion — the linen “Fleur” or the batiste “Belle&Bow” at $37, or the denim pinafore at $35. For woods and tall grass — the pink linen duster at $42: it covers the back, belly and legs, cutting down contact with parasites, and being 100% linen it does not overheat.
The cheapest summer accent is a bandana: “Camille” with beige daisies at $10, the linen “Garden Lace” and the pink “Waffle” with bows at $12, the milk-white “Teddy” with pompoms at $13. All bandanas are One size — not on the XS–XL grid, but the custom-size option applies to them too.
Spring and autumn: anorak, vest and warm knitwear
The in-between seasons are the hardest, because one day asks for both warmth and water protection. The logic: knitwear as the base layer, a vest or an anorak on top. Base layer — the “Waffle” longsleeve at $25, the “Charmie” turtleneck at $27 or the jumper with pompoms at $29: they warm the neck and back and work on their own indoors or under a top layer. Against wind and light rain — the pink fleece anorak at $35 (fleece with a water-resistant coating) or the “Vivienne” vest in raincoat fabric at $45. If free movement matters more, choose a vest — the milk-white “Teddy” at $32 or the pink fleece vest at $38, with a viscose lining and a harness opening.
On a cool day a dress is no longer the main answer: take knitwear or a vest from this same section. If it still has to be a dress, there is the checked flannel “Timeless” at $37 — flannel that is soft, hard-wearing and durable, with ruffled sleeves and a full skirt.
Winter dog clothes for girls
In winter a dress stops being the answer: what you need is a piece that covers the back, belly and legs. The warmest thing we make is the pink “Gossip-puffer” jumpsuit at $79, an insulated puffer for frost and snow, for when a hoodie or a light vest is no longer enough. The cheaper alternative is the pink polar-fleece jumpsuit at $52: the fabric holds warmth and keeps water out, a zip along the back simplifies dressing, hidden velcro adjusts the neck. If your dog will not tolerate covered legs, take a puffer vest — “Puffy” milk-white or “Puffy” ivory at $46, waterproof fabric with a filling that holds warmth in frost.
Underneath go the pink “Teddy” hoodie or the pink brushed “Hugme” at $38. If you want something that goes on easily and warms the back without getting in the way of movement, there is the light-blue “Gossip-coat” at $66: a fur collar against the wind, a harness opening and an adjustable strap. As the urban middle layer, the milk-white “Teddy” bomber at $45.
Short models: T-shirts, polos and bandanas
“Short” usually means something that covers the back but has no long skirt and does not tangle in the legs. Here that means T-shirts and polos: the “Waffle” polo at $19, the “Lora” T-shirt at $21, the milk-white “Mickey” at $23. Shorter still means no body coverage at all: a bandana from $10 gives the look without a layer of fabric on the body, which matters for dogs that will not wear clothes. To judge the length of a given model, read the lower table with the piece’s measurements in the “Size chart” window on its product page.

Sizing: chest girth is the key measurement
Three measurements set the size, and all of them are in centimetres: chest girth (the key one), back length and neck girth. Take them with a tape measure on the dog rather than guessing.
- XS — chest girth 27–32 cm (10.6–12.6 in), back length 21–25 cm, neck up to 22 cm
- S — chest girth 31–36 cm (12.2–14.2 in), back length 26–30 cm, neck up to 26 cm
- M — chest girth 35–41 cm (13.8–16.1 in), back length 31–35 cm, neck up to 30 cm
- L — chest girth 40–46 cm (15.7–18.1 in), back length 36–40 cm, neck up to 34 cm
- XL — chest girth 45–51 cm (17.7–20.1 in), back length 41–45 cm, neck up to 38 cm
The standard range covers a chest girth of 27–51 cm (10.6–20 in) and a back length of 21–45 cm. For a dog that is smaller, bigger or unusually built, choose “Custom size” on the product page: +15% to the price, same 3–6 business day lead time. The numeric sizes 12, 14, 16 and 18 on other brands’ labels are back lengths in centimetres, and all fall below our 21 cm minimum. Height at the withers is not needed: the withers are only the starting point for measuring the back.
How to order, shipping and returns
Everything is made to order in our Kyiv workshop: 3–6 business days from payment, or from the prepayment on a cash-on-delivery order. If the model is in stock in your size we ship sooner, and we warn you in advance about any delay. We ship worldwide with international carriers, usually 1–2 weeks, and not to russia or belarus. Online card payment on the site works with Ukrainian cards only: for an international order, place it and leave a phone number or WhatsApp, and the manager will contact you in English to agree payment and shipping cost. Within Ukraine we deliver by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or another carrier at that carrier’s rates, free from UAH 4,000 after discounts; pickup from the workshop is possible by prior arrangement at 18/1 Pavla Tychyny Ave, Kyiv, Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00.
A standard size can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the item has kept its original look, tags and packaging and shows no signs of wear or washing. Return shipping is paid by the customer; if the item has a manufacturing defect or the wrong piece was sent, we pay both ways. We refund within 5 business days of the return reaching us and send a replacement within 7. Made-to-measure items and items in a non-standard colour cannot be exchanged or returned — worth knowing before ordering a dress to measurements.
